In 2002 and after gaining experience in several advertising companies (the last as art director of the Gruppo La Perla creative staff), Bologna-born art director Francesca Fazioli set up Cinquerosso Studio together with a group of professionals, artists and architects. The atelier is a true creative house in downtown Bologna.
A bold professional choice out of the need to apply the experience gained in the fashion world as well as other industries that often regard fashion as an example of good taste and capability to look ahead. The image captures the soul of a company, and that is why it should be carefully managed, with the ability to understand, at each step, which elements are to be included if one wants to achieve goals, results and success. Francesca Fazioli has been passionately and zealously doing this for years, knowing that each communication project starts by listening to clients, from the ability to understand their needs, and to put one's expertise and knowledge at the customers' service. This is the idea that gave birth to the image projects by Cinquerosso, from fashion to web design, from corporate identity to advertising. An essential, clear and refined graphic sign, applied to a powerful concept, ready to seize the singled-out, comprehensive communication goal. Today more than ever, in a global market, the capacity to stand out is a must for a company. To rely on a communication image with a unique emotional imprint, original, and with a strong personal identity, is without a doubt, a number one priority.
Shape and measure the energy that can be found in places and objects.
Think of space and transform it into a place of experience and sensation, satisfying the functional and aesthetic needs of an interlocutor: Francesca Lenzi believes that in this case the first role of an architect is to interpret a desire and the second to transform an inner vision into a living and tangible reality. An area, a house are a “second body” which allows the soul to grow in a more profound way, but also a communication and meeting place which conveys values and significance.
Reconstruct space, by reinterpreting parts, moving elements and measuring their rhythm, in order to meet the desires of those who grow together with this space: this is one of the paths that a creative designer who shapes dimensions, corners and surfaces, must undertake. Capable of working on both what is large and small: from the planning of large spaces to the design which concentrates functionality and beauty in small dimensions.
All-around figurative art.
Classic sculpture, skilled craftsmanship. These two simple concepts sum up the works of Bologna-born artist Eugenio Lenzi. Lenzi’s experience is born far away from traditional galleries; it is born within the world of his own studio-atelier, Cinquerosso, in Bologna.
Lenzi’s work is characterised by large sculptures of sprightly and sturdy horses made from bronze or terracotta, or paintings, engravings, etchings, and lithographic prints on stone using the old Brisset press. Unique and unrepeatable pieces, together with others works that are made in series upon a private or a public client’s request. A good relation with the market has led Lenzi to work for huge Italian companies. He has hand-sculpted models of vintage cars in silver, made limited edition collections of jewellery, and lately made a series of chocolate sculptures as the result of a joint work with a renowned chocolate factory.
A concept of a work of art as a unique object that in Lenzi’s perspective blends with powerful versatility and curiosity, that leads him to be conquered, influenced and absorbed by the stimuli from the market.
